Crustaceans Motion is a duo of bracelets which inspired by the movement of marine crustaceans. Continuing my practice involving mechanical motion, I decided to investigate the movement of marine animal, which in this case are the feeding action of blue crab and the folding body of mantis shrimp. With the duo, the organic matter has been mechanized, allow wearer to be aware of the movements of living beings surround us.

The duo was built from multiple layers of mild steel and sterling silver, accompanied by a fitting powder coat from their respective animal.
